(Gelato Conversation Coordinator) is from Napoli, where she worked as a pastry chef and cake designer in her small catering company. She moved to the States in 2005, trained with international cake decorators and earned an associate degree in Culinary Arts in St.Louis, Missouri She also completed her Bachelor degree at the University of Utah and is enrolled in the M.A. Languages and Literature program with an emphasis in Spanish. She taught Culinary Arts for 9 years at St. Louis Community College, Salt Lake Community College and Art Institute, and is now teaching Spanish at the University of Utah. She also works at the Salt Lake City Library downtown. She loves traveling, reading, cooking and photographing landscapes.
